Users of our laboratory services can be assured that our analyses and processes are performed in a controlled and continuously monitored manner, according to current scientific knowledge and with state-of-the-art technology at the highest quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>Our human genetic diagnostic laboratories have been accredited since 2013 in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO 15189 (\u201cMedical laboratories &#8211; Requirements for quality and competence\u201d) by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS), the national accreditation body of the Federal Republic of Germany. Obtaining this quality mark requires a high level of expertise, extensive experience in human genetic diagnostics, regulated and functioning work processes, active and dynamic information structures as well as ongoing training and professional development of our staff. This proficiency has been continuously confirmed to Humangenetik G\u00f6ttingen by DAkkS.<\/p>\n<p>Our valid accreditation with flexible scope also covers next-generation sequencing (NGS-based techniques).<\/p>\n<p>For us, a trusting relationship means that we systematically process all feedback from users of our laboratory services. We welcome all positive feedback, take criticism from our users seriously and use complaints as an opportunity to identify and eliminate potential weaknesses.
